"Songs & Poems" Lights Up Shenzhen

There's MUCH more to do in Shenzhen than many people imagine.

Sure, you can hang out in bars, or go to the "Big Three" theme parks.

But what about just hanging out with friends? Strumming a guitar? Reciting a poem (in almost any language)?

For several months now, Songs & Poems has been giving Shenzhen's creative community a regular chance to perform original work, as well as "covers," for an appreciative audience. Organized by one of the originators of The Buzz, its third outing drew over 40 people to IHOPE Restaurant in Futian on October 20.
