Finding what you need...

There are FIVE WAYS to get around on The BUZZ. Currently, there are quite a few unfinished pages on the site; the various ways to navigate will become more functional as the site fills in.

Here they are:

1. The INDEX: This is online now, but few of the listings lead to completed pages. When it's ready, this will be the fastest way to find a specific page.

2. The MENU at right. You can use this to find categories of places (night life, hospitals, parks) OR you can find a specific Area (Futian Central, for instance). Again, it works now, but will improve as we post more listings.

3. TAGS on articles, like "Tools & Navigation" above. When you are already reading about, say, a museum, click the "Museum" tag at the top of the article to see all of our museum listings. Similar to the menu, but more detailed. For example, you searched "Restaurants" from the Menu; you found a good Indian place. The listing will be tagged "Indian"; click that to find other Indian restaurants. This will also help when skimming down through a lot of listings. And yes, its usefulness will also improve with time.

4. The SEARCH box at the upper right is especially good for finding single words in listings and articles: a name, for example, or all mentions of a place, including outside of its main listing.

5. CROSS SEARCH allows you to search for one kind of place (Night Life, Park, Hospital) inside a specific Area (Futian Central). Go to any Area Guide (like this one) and there you'll see a listing of all the categories listed in the menu (Restaurants, Night Life, Hotels, Malls, etc.). By clicking the item, you'll find all such places in that Area. (This is just a manipulation of the Search feature that we did to make your life easier.)
