Real Colombian coffee, fine wines, an attentive staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. What more could you ask for? Desserts, some food items, and good music? OK!
Another out-of-the-way location catering to local offices; this makes it nice if you want a "secret hideaway."
The PLACE:
- Where: The Phoenix Building is easy to spot from Shennan between Xinzhou and Caitian. You can also easily see it from the City Hall area. The Cafe is on the first floor, on the back (north) side of the building.
- By Metro:
- From Shimin Zhongxin (City Hall) Station on Line 4: Turn right from Exit B; right again on Jintian Lu. As you approach Shennan you'll see a sort of wooded space; turn left through the parking lot just before it; this will take you to the back side of the Phoenix Building, and Andes Cafe.
- From Huizhan Zhongxin Station on both Lines 1 and 4: Take Exit B and walk east to Jintian Road. Turn left; be sure you are on the east (right) side of the street. Follow the curve when you reach Shennan; take a crosswalk across Shennan. You are now at the southeast (front right) corner of the Phoenix Building; go around the back to find the Cafe.

Contact Jose
Hi, Ramon.
Actually, I have nothing to do with the operation of Andes. You'll need to contact Jose, the owner.
Also sorry for this delayed reply: I haven't been monitoring the
comments lately.
Good luck!
